A Postcard Home

Here is the first postcard Frankie sent home from his travels. He even stamped part of his big sig stamp on it! Sorry it took so long to update this blog of his travels.
So nice to hear from our little buddies, hope this is the first of many postcards from the buddies we have sent out to travel the globe.

Mr. Bear-Cat's birthday was earlier this week and he wanted to do somewaterfall hiking, so we set out today and logged the Back to Basics letterbox, at Jackson Branch, along the Natchez Trace, in Smarden,Tennessee. Frankie had a great time and seemed to enjoy playing bythe falls. Mostly a trickle-falls at the point but very lush andlovely -- he wanted to munch the ferns!

Back in TN after a fun Memorial Day weekend in Alabama. The other two were taken at the Tannehill Historic State Park; one at the Alabama Museum of Iron and Steel and one at the lovely little historic church.
